Apple-Cinnamon Croissant

 

Today marks our 3rd year of residency in the great state of Texas! Yes, time flies by so quickly. I can still freshly remember the very week we prepared to leave Wisconsin and the very day we departed to a 2-day drive down south. So, to celebrate our anniversary, I made some Apple-Cinnamon croissant which I learned here in Texas through a very good friend.

So, what has it been like for us as Texans? It’s been GREAT! We have enjoyed our three years so far and since we have our own house and a good enough lot to call our own, we have learned to love our residence. We have a huge yard to tend to, a backyard we decided to develop organically, and a lot of memories to make in this area.

We are enjoying every day of our life here not to mention the excitement we all feel as a family in fulfilling our dreams little by little– short-term and long-term goals. So, as we cherish this special day, may the good Lord be upon us, as He always has been before.
